ARE YOU AN ORGANISATIONAL CATALYST?
Sparklers.png

An organisational catalyst is someone who sees what could be better in their organisation and, without waiting for permission, acts on it. They start things nobody asked them to start. They pull others into shifts that often wouldn't have happened otherwise.

This is a 5-10 minute self-assessment, built as part of the research for a book on organisational catalysts. You'll get a detailed personalised results email afterwards: where you sit against the framework's three threshold criteria, your placement across five underlying spectrum dimensions, and any cross-dimensional patterns worth your attention.

It isn't a personality test, and the result isn't a label. It's a snapshot of how you're currently operating, which depends as much on the conditions around you as on you. The assessment is designed for self-reflection, not self-categorisation.

It might be useful to you if:

  • you suspect you might be (or could become) a catalyst yourself,

  • you lead, manage, or work alongside one, or

  • you're curious about what fuels (and blocks) change from inside organisations.

Your responses help refine the framework as the book takes shape, and are stored anonymously for research purposes. Full details on the form below.
